Memorial Bridge accident: Charges pending against driver

Charges are pending against the driver who drove off the Memorial Bridge between Virginia and D.C. Sunday night.

The SUV drove off the bridge around 10 p.m. The sole occupant was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Police say the crash investigation continues and no further information will be released.
