Metro President's Day schedule: Saturday schedule in effect for rail, bus
February 18, 2013 - 06:25 am
WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro says trains are running on a Saturday schedule for the Presidents Day holiday.
Metro says train stations will open Monday at 5 a.m., normal for a weekday, and close at midnight. But trains won't run as frequently as on weekdays.
Bus service will also operate on a Saturday schedule.
Track work will also continue through midnight on the Orange, Blue, Red and Green Lines. This includes the total closure of seven stations: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Benning Road, Capitol Heights, Addison Road, Morgan Boulevard and Largo Town Center.
