Robert Abba Oforme arrested, charged in Salaam Adams' murder

A second man has been arrested in connection with the death of a North Carolina man in a Hillcrest Heights park.

Twenty-eight-year-old Robert Abba Oforme of Silver Spring was arrested in D.C. Thursday. He is charged with conspiracy and solicitation to commit first and second degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Salaam Adams. Oforme wSill be extradited back to Prince George's County.
Adams of Durham, N.C. was found dead inside Oxon Hill Run Park in Hillcrest Heights Feb. 4.
Brandon Anthony Battle of Greenbelt was also charged in the case. He is facing first and second degree murder charges, police say.
