Tagg Romney considering running for Massachusetts Senate
February 4, 2013 - 07:05 am
After John Kerry became Secretary of State, his Senate seat in Massachusetts has been vacated. Now, it’s being reported that Mitt Romney’s son Tagg is considering running for that seat.
Politico reported, citing The Boston Herald, that Tagg Romney, 42, would make the run. Tagg is Romney’s oldest son.
Last week, former GOP Sen. Scott Brown announced he would not make another bid to replace Kerry’s seat. Brown had lost to now Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) in November.
