Anquan Boldin traded to San Francisco 49ers
Just months after beating them in the Super Bowl, the Baltimore Ravens have traded wide receiver Anquan Boldin to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a draft pick.
Baltimore Sun reporter Aaron Wilson reports that the Ravens will receive a sixth-round draft pick in exchange for Boldin, who had played in Baltimore since 2010.
The 10-year NFL veteran, who spent the first 7 years of his career with the Arizona Cardinals, caught 65 passes for 921 yards last year for Baltimore.
In his team's 34-31 victory over the 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII this past February, Boldin hauled in 6 catches for 104 yards and a touchdown.
This is the second time Boldin has been traded. He was originally acquired by the Ravens on March 5, 2010 from the Cardinals in exchange for third and fourth-round draft picks.
Boldin finishes his career in purple with 2,645 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns.
