Arch Campbell: Oz the Great and Powerful in 3-D earns 3 stars

Arch Campbell says the good witch still travels by bubble and the yellow bricks still pave the road to Oz in Oz the Great and Powerful, starring James Franco as the carnival con man.
This Oz doesn't quite live up to the original, Arch says, but it looks great in 3-D and rates 3 stars for effort.
