We’ve seen red lobsters and brown lobsters and even blue lobsters. But a calico lobster?
That’s exactly what Profish Seafood Company in D.C. has on its hands. The lobster, a rare calico lobster, is named Eddie, report The Baltimore Sun.
News reports say calico lobsters are extremely rare – one in 30 million to be exact.
Profish Seafood Company has set Eddie aside so he isn’t served up and eaten. The company may donate Eddie to the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
