A man who posed as a cab driver to commit a series of sexual assaults will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Emero Tornero, 32, was sentenced to 78 ½ years in prison Friday. He was found guilty back in Jan.

According to court documents, between 2005 and 2008, Tornero picked up women who "hailed" his cab, trapped them inside the vehicle and raped them in secluded areas.

In 2011, Tornero was sentence to 24 years in prison for a series of violent attacks against cab drivers. The sentences will run consecutively.
