A 21-year-old babysitter was charged Wednesday with murder in connection with an August 2012 death of a 23-month-old child Manassas in.

Authorities charged Jessica Fraraccio was charged with murder and child abuse.

She is charged in connection with the Aug. 22, 2012 death of a child in the 9300 block of Birchwood Court.
