Judith Hill fatally struck on I-695

The search is on for the driver responsible in a fatal hit-and-run.
Maryland State Police say the body of 62-year-old Judith Hill was found in the center median of I-695 near Edmondson Avenue around 7:30 Thursday morning. Police believe the Halethorpe resident was struck after exiting her 2007 Chevy pick-up truck, which was found stopped on the right shoulder.
The crash, which is believed to have occurred around 5 a.m., remains under investigation.
