New FBI headquarters could save agency millions

The Federal Bureau of Investigation could save tens of millions annually by establishing a new headquarters, an agency official tells Federal Times.
Consolidating the agency, which currently works in nearly two dozen spaces across the D.C. Metro area, could save as much as $44 million per year.
The FBI has long sought a new main headquarters, calling their current building on Pennsyvania Avenue old, inefficient and antiquated.
