Rudsebel Alvarado-Ingles accused in Woodbridge sexual assault

A Woodbridge man is being held without bond in connection with the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl.

The girl told police when she got home from school Wednesday, she encountered 33-year-old Rudsebel Alvarado-Ingles, who rents a room in the Maine Court home.

Alvarado-Ingles allegedly held the victim's hands behind her back and forced her into a bathroom area, where he sexually assaulted her.

Prince William County police say Alvarado-Ingles is charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with intent to defile.
