Tuan Minh Pham arrested for Ellicott City nail salon shooting

After an eight month search, police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a nail salon shooting in Ellicott City.
Tuan Minh Pham, 35, of Beltsville turned himself in Friday.
Police say Pham shot his estranged girlfriend, 34-year-old Lan Phan, and her friend, 40-year-old Phuong Thanh Do, at the Nail and Hair Care Spa after getting into a fight with Do.
Pham faces two counts of first and second degree attempted
murder, two counts of first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, as well as multiple gun charges.
