Twinkies discontinued no more? Snack cakes could be back this summer

Hold on to your taste buds - Twinkies might be making a comeback.
The company that purchased the rights to produce the popular snack cakes that went away after Hostess went under, including Twinkies, says that the iconic snack may be back on shelves by this summer, the Chicago Tribune reports.
The head of Apollo Global Management, who paid $410 million for the line of snack cakes, says that they're looking forward to having the "opportunity to reestablish these iconic brands."
Hostess went out of business last November after a long-running dispute with its workers led to a bankruptcy filing.
