Planning to check out the blossoms this weekend? You might want to go sooner than later.

It's supposed to be close to 90 degrees today, making it a beautiful, sunny and warm day to check out D.C.'s famous cherry trees. But Friday could be a different story. According to ABC7's Adam Caskey, there's a storm predicted for overnight Thursday into Friday morning that could bring strong winds and rains, knocking down some of the blooms.

The other perk of visiting before the weekend - fewer crowds!
