Floyd Corkins sentencing moved to July 15
Sentencing has been delayed for the man who pleaded guilty to opening fire at the headquarters of a conservative Christian lobbying group.
Sentencing for Floyd Corkins was scheduled for Monday. However, it was continued until July 15 so defense attorneys can get probation records.
Corkins pleaded guilty to one federal count of crossing state lines with guns and ammunition. He also pleaded guilty to one count of intent to kill while armed and one count of committing an act of terrorism with the intent to kill.
