A complaint about cars being egged led to marijuana charges against four men and a minor, The Frederick News Post reports.

Police responded to the area of Main Street and Lushbaugh Way in Myersville Saturday for a report of several men throwing eggs at cars.

A deputy eventually pulled over a vehicle with five men inside and smelled marijuana. He saw one of the passengers throw a bag of marijuana on the rear floorboard.

About 87 grams of marijuana, over $2,600 in cash and paraphernalia, and a 3-foot glass bong were found on the rear floorboard.

Kyle Hunter Green, 18, Daniel Werner May, 19, Liam Traube, 19, and Ryan Scott Robinson, 19, were charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of paraphernalia. The 17-year-old driver was charged and released to his parents.

All four were released from jail after posting $5,000 bails.
