Hagerstown police investigate bathtub drowning of child
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - Hagerstown police are investigating the drowning of a child in a bathtub.
Police were called to the 400 block of Summit Avenue on Thursday evening for a report of an unconscious 7-year-old boy. Officers were told the boy had been taking a bath and was found in the bathtub by his father.
The boy was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The boy's name was not immediately released.
