Kim Kardashian divorce hearing
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Kim Kardashian has arrived at a Los Angeles court for a settlement hearing in her divorce case from NBA player Kris Humphries.
The reality show star is seeking a divorce from Humphries, who contends that the pair's 72-day marriage should be annulled based on fraud.
A trial is scheduled to begin May 6 if the parties can't settle the case.
Kardashian and Humphries are both expected to testify at the trial, which will focus on their relationship and whether elements of their relationship were staged for the show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
Kardashian sat in the jury box as her case was called, her hands crossed on her lap. A judge closed the proceedings.
The NBA player has not yet laid out his specifics to support his fraud claim.
