NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks are opening higher on Wall Street, a day after the Dow Jones industrial average closed at its second all-time high in a week.

There's word today that Federal Reserve policymakers are divided over when to end measures to encourage more borrowing and spending to help stimulate the economy.
