Two injured in Northeast D.C. fire
Two people were rescued from a burning home in Northeast Washington Sunday afternoon.
A 70-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were transported to area hospitals after being pulled from the home at 104 50th Street NE, D.C. Fire spokesman Lon Walls said.
The female victim was found inside the home unconscious.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
