Police say a 1997-2002 Ford Expedition traveling westbound on Mountain Road near Alvin Road in Pasadena struck two of three teens walking along the shoulder just before 9:30 p.m.
A 15-year-old male suffered critical injuries and was transported to Shock Trauma at the University of Maryland Hospital. A 13-year-old girl was taken to Johns Hopkins Children Center with serious injuries. The third teen, a 13-year-old girl, was not injured.
