AT&T National: Tiger Woods in fine form
The AT&T National at Congressional Country Club is keeping Tiger Woods busy these days. After all, he is the host of the annual event.
Woods already has four PGA Tour wins this year and is the defending champion at the AT&T, although it's now been nearly five years since he last won a major.
"It's all predicated on practice," Woods said. "I normally derive my confidence from practice sessions, and I was at a point where I just couldn't practice. So I had to get healthy where I could do that."
That 15th major win still eludes the world's number one player. But, as he'll tell you, there's work to focus on first before next month's U.S. Open.
"I need to play well at (the) Memorial. I'm defending there as well so I'm looking forward to that," Woods said.
