Montgomery County officials hope to keep pedestrians safe with new plan
Montgomery County officials are taking action to slow down drivers and protect pedestrians.
This year, six pedestrians have been killed on Montgomery County roads.
Starting Wednesday, plainclothes police officers will be stationed in the crosswalks of busy intersections, where they will identify and stop risky drivers.
