Winning Powerball tickets sold in Alexandria, Manassas
While nobody brought home Wednesday's uber-Powerball jackpot, several Virginia residents will soon line their pockets with extra cash.
Three tickets sold in Virginia - two worth $10,000 and another worth $1 million - are waiting to be claimed.
The two $10,000 tickets were sold in Alexandria and Manassas, while the $1 million winner was issued at a convenience store in Christianburg, just south of Blacksburg in western Virginia.
Since no one struck the big Powerball jackpot, the purse rolls over to Saturday's drawing and now sits at $475 million.
