Antoine Budd indicted on charges of falsifying parking tickets
A former Prince George’s County Revenue Authorities employee was indicted Tuesday on charges of falsifying more than $2,500 in parking tickets.
Antoine Budd was indicted on multiple counts, including perjury, counterfeiting and misconduct in office, among others.
“As public servants, the citizens entrust us to serve them with the utmost honesty and integrity,” said Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks. “Mr. Budd’s actions have violated that trust.”
Authorities say Budd issues $200 parking tickets to people for parking in fire lanes. The citizens, however, never parked in the locations, authorities say.
