Immigration reform talks among members of the House of Representatives are on the verge of collapse, ABC News says, because some Republican lawmakers are insisting that legalized workers not be granted access to federal health care benefits.
ABC News says that members of Congress are set to meet for the final time on Wednesday and will not reach a deal on an immigration bill.
