Mayflower Renaissance facing mortgage issues, WSJ reports
The iconic Mayflower Renaissance hotel in D.C. is facing mortgage issues.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the hotel’s securitized $190 mortgage is now being overseen by a firm that helps troubled companies with troubled mortgages.
Rockwood Capital, the hotel’s owner, declined to comment to the Wall Street Journal.
