Rayshawn Hailstock killed in Southeast D.C.
A 21-year-old man who was killed after a Sunday night fight has been identified by authorities.
D.C. police say Rayshawn Hailstock was found unconscious and lying on the ground in the 2300 block of Alabama Avenue Southeast after witnesses flagged down police to alert them of the fight in progress.
Hailstock was taken to the hospital, but his injuries were extensive and he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter at the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
