Aberdeen Proving Grounds drowning: Five sailors face discipline

Five Navy sailors have been disciplined in connection with the February drowning deaths of two divers during a training mission, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Two of the five sailors facing punishment in connection with the drownings at the Underwater Explosive Test Facility at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland may face a military trial as well.

James Reyher and Ryan Harris both died Feb. 26 after their breathing units failed during the mission at the facility known within Navy circles as the Super Pond, the Sun says.
