D.C. police breathalyzer whistleblower suit thrown out
A D.C. Superior Court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by three D.C. police officers who say they were retaliated against after testifying about the District’s faulty breathalyzers, the Washington Post reports.

The officers alleged that they refused to back down and decided to testify about the District’s breathalyzers, which the D.C. Police said in 2010 were faulty.
