The garage and two office buildings on Wilson Boulevard and Key Boulevard in Rosslyn are slated for demolition to make way for a new mixed-use development, the site reports.

Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward and his key Watergate source, Mark Felt, would meet in the garage throughout the investigation so that Felt - better known as "Deep Throat" - could pass along information about the scandal.

A historical marker now denotes the garage as the location where some of the most sensitive information about the Watergate scandal was disclosed. Officials tell ARLNow that the marker will likely not be moved.
