Harvard study links pasta and depression in women
Harvard researchers say there's a very real connection between women who eat refined grains and depression. The study tracked 43,000 women over a 12 year span.
Doctors say women who ate foods like pasta, chips and crackers on a daily basis had a 29 to 41 percent greater chance of depression. Sugary sodas are also on the list.
Researchers believe that inflammation caused by these foods could be a factor. The comprehensive study was done by The Harvard School of Public Health.
