Kelvin Willis stabbed: Robert Crowder, Rico Carr arrested for first degree murder
MPD detectives have announced arrests made in the fatal stabbing that occurred in Northwest D.C. on November 6, 2010 at approximately 3:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, police found 19-year-old Kelvin Willis of Northeast suffering from stab wounds, and he was transported to a local hospital. On November 22, he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
An adult male in connection with the stabbing was arrested on August 21, 2013 and charged with First Degree Murder.
On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, MPD also arrested 22-year-old Robert Crowder and 23-year-old Rico Carr, who had warrants charging them with First Degree Murder in the death of Kelvin Willis.
