Robert Dupree, juvenile charged in WaWa stabbing
A brawl led to a stabbing in the parking lot of a Millersville WaWa store Friday evening.
The 18-year-old victim tells Anne Arundel County Police he was leaving in a truck around 6 p.m. when four suspects in a Mitsubishi pulled behind him. Some words were exchanged and one of the suspects allegedly approached the victim with a taser. After a brief fight, the suspects got back into the Mitsubishi and fled south on Veterans Highway.
The victim then realized he had been stabbed in the side and was transported to University Hospital with a non-life threatening injury, including a collapsed lung.
Robert Michael Dupree, 19, faces second-degree attempted murder, assault, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment charges. A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
