(WJLA) - After Sunday's demoralizing 24-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, It's time for the media and fans to stop talking about a playoff run for the Washington Redskins.

The Redskins have not won two games in a row this season and haven't shown the ability to win consecutive games.

The most incredible thing to me is that the players were not prepared for the start of this match-up with Philly, despite the fact they had ten days to get ready for a team that has improved since Nick Foles took over as quarterback.

I was also disappointed with the performance of Robert Griffin III. Griffin completed less than 50 percent of his passes and his final play was an embarrassment. Griffin had 3rd and 1 at the 18 and threw a "duck" up for grabs, which was intercepted to end the game.

I guarantee you that you will now hear a little buzz, as usual, from fans about Kirk Cousins.

Those are the obvious complaints we are hearing from the fans, but the Redskins have a multitude of problems.

I put the blame on Mike Shanahan for his team not being prepared. The special teams are still awful. The defense is still porous.

The Washington Redskins are now 3-7 and the 'Skins have lost to the Eagles twice. It is now wait until next year, which is the last year of Mike Shanahan's contract.
