Banana crop threatened by rare fungus
(WJLA) - The world's banana crop may be in danger because of a fungus that has been found on plantations in a pair of major exporting countries.

The Cavendish cultivar, which makes up a majority of the worldwide banana trade, is most at risk to this specific fungus.
