A sign of recovery will soon come - the reopening of the city's hospital.

KOKH in Oklahoma City reports that nearly half a year after the May 20 tornado, the Moore Medical Center will reopen for business at a temporary location.

The hospital's original building was one of the thousands damaged or destroyed by the tornado, which killed 23 people and injured nearly 400. Since the storm, KOKH says that patients have been treated at other regional hospitals.

Officials hope that a permanent replacement for the hospital will be completed by 2016.
