(WJLA) - A Pennsylvania woman was hit by a tractor trailer on I-81, then walked back onto the highway and was hit by another tractor trailer, according to a report from the Maryland State Police.

Dorothy Brisko, 49, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania was taken to Baltimore Shock Trauma for treatment.

Police say the collisions happened at about 2:50 p.m. Sunday afternoon on I-81 southbound at the 11-mile marker.

Brisko walked onto the interstate’s right lane and was hit by the first truck, then walked back onto the right lane and was hit by a second truck, police say.

The north and southbound lanes were closed for about an hour. The right southbound lane was closed for about 45 more minutes as troopers investigated.
