The future of NSA phone records

This month, President Obama unveiled his blueprint to overhaul government surveillance programs. He wants to store bulk telephone data, collected by the NSA, outside of government to reduce the risk that those records might be abused.

Instead, the data would be stored with telephone companies or another third party.

Rob Efrus, founder and CEO of Efrus Federal Advisors, discussed that plan with Government Matters.
