The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the New York City area that starts overnight and continues until 6 p.m. tomorrow. The city is expected to get four to eight inches of snow, plus about a tenth of an inch of ice.

At Reagan National Airport, travelers are keeping a close eye on the icy weather and the cancellations snarling air travel around the country.
