Connolly says RFP-IT would make procurement more effective
Congress started to pay more attention to the way government buys technology after the troubled rollout of HealthCare.gov.
A new bill, "Reforming Federal Procurement of Information Technology," seeks to make that process more flexible and more effective.
The bill's co-sponsor, Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.), discussed RFP-IT with Government Matters.
