I-95 crash kills two

(WJLA) - Virginia State Police are investigating a deadly crash on Interstate 95 in Triangle, Va. It happened Thursday near Exit 150 just before 10 a.m.
According to police, a Ford Focus was traveling in the far left northbound lane when it lost control. The vehicle was struck by a flatbed tractor-trailer traveling in the center lane. The impact caused both vehicles to travel toward the left shoulder of the road, striking a Honda Accord, also traveling in the far left lane. The Ford Focus and the truck continued onto the left shoulder of the road, striking a jersey wall.
The driver and passenger of the Ford both died at the scene. Both were wearing seatbelts. They have not been identified.
The driver of the tractor-trailer and the driver of the Honda were not injured. Both were wearing their seatbelts.
The crash closed the northbound lanes for about three hours.
