The industry's take on federal IT acquisition reform
The House passed FITARA for the second time last week. The bill, co-sponsored by Reps. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Gerry Connolly (D-Va.), would fundamentally reform the way government buys technology. Uncle Sam spends more than $80 billion on I.T. each year.
