GM's week in headlines: Sebelius resigns, President Obama targets wage gap

After five years at the helm, Kathleen Sebelius will step down as secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. President Obama announced her resignation on Friday, and nominated his budget director -- Sylvia Mathews Burwell -- as her replacement.

The high profile move comes about a week after the close of open enrollment for HealthCare.gov.
