(WJLA) - Everything is business - even having an affair.

But is it right for government employees to solicit those affairs on company time - or, worse yet, by using government resources?

The "affair" website AshleyMadison.com - which boasts the slogan "Life is Short - Have An Affair" - this week released its list of the "10 Most Unfaithful Neighborhoods in the D.C. Area."

While the list itself may not be newsworthy, some of the statistics they released with it are rather eyebrow-raising.

The administrators of AshleyMadison.com claim that "Capitol Hill is home to the most members logging in with a government e-mail address."

Other statistics about the D.C. Metro area that the site's staff released included:

• D.C. is the number-two city in the U.S. when it comes to men "fraternizing" with subordinate co-workers.

• 47 percent of D.C.'s philanderers are female, with an average age of 35.

• "Cheaters" living in Fairfax have the most children.

And, if you're curious, here's the site's list of the "Top 10 Most Unfaithful Neighborhoods in the D.C. Area":

1. Dupont Circle: 9.6%
2. Georgetown: 9.2%
3. Arlington: 8.9%
4. Adams Morgan: 8.4%
5. Logan Circle: 8.3%
6. Capitol Hill: 8.1%
7. Fairfax: 7.8%
8. Atlas District: 7.5%
9. Bethesda: 7.3%
10. Columbia Heights: 6.8%
