(WJLA) - The offspring of some of President Barack Obama's top aides are making quite a lot of noise around D.C. these days— in a rock band, that is.

The 12-year-old sons of White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, U.S. Trade Rep. Mike Froman,  HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan, and the son of Hillary Clinton’s former presidential campaign manager turned Obama campaign adviser Patti Solis Doyle, are all in a rock band called Twenty20 together, according to the Washington Post.

Carney's son Hugo provides the band's vocals, Froman's son plays guitar, Donovan's son Lucas plays bass, and Doyle's son plays drums.

Twenty20, which  formed in 2011, started out performing cover songs, but the band recently began writing their own original music for their debut EP.

The band released their first official music video for their song "Heart Thief" last week on YouTube (watch below).

The boys attend Sidwell Friends School, where both Sasha and Malia Obama go to school, the Post reports.
