Brandon Curtis Hampton Henry charged with murder in fatal stabbing of Woodbridge man
WOODBRIDE, Va. (WJLA) - A man was stabbed and killed in Woodbridge Wednesday night.
Prince William County police responded to a call for a stabbing in the 15000 block of Cloverdale Road in Woodbridge around 11:44 p.m. Officers found Alvin Elroy Cannon, 44, of Woodbridge, in the front yard of an area residence with stab wounds to his upper body.
Cannon was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
The stabbing occurred during a disagreement, police said.
During the investigation, police said a second victim, a 33-year-old man from Manassas, walked into a hospital with non-life threatening stab wounds.
Police later arrested Brandon Curtis Hampton Henry, 31, of no fixed address, and charged him with murder.
Henry's court date is set for Sept. 15.
