BEN’S CHILI BOWL TO OPEN LOCATION IN REAGAN NATIONAL: Reagan National Airport is celebrating the opening of Ben's Chili Bowl in one of its terminals as the famous Washington eatery opens its first airport location.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration Wednesday at the airport will include performances by the Chuck Brown Band and giveaways to diners. After the celebration, Ben's Chili Bowl will begin serving travelers at the airport. http://wj.la/1pExsXJ

TRUMP TO OPEN NEW HOTEL IN D.C.: Donald Trump hopes to bring his signature brand of glitz to the nation's capital with a new luxury hotel in the city's third-tallest building.

Trump plans to break ground today on a $200 million hotel that will transform the Old Post Office Building on Pennsylvania Avenue between the White House and the Capitol.

The 115-year-old building includes a 315-foot observation tower that offers panoramic views of downtown Washington. It was under-utilized in recent years, housing small vendors that catered mostly to tourists. http://wj.la/1wZUs6f

OFFICER SHOOTS, KILLS MAN IN SILVER SPRING BANK: Montgomery County police say an officer shot and killed a man after police were called to a bank in Silver Spring for a reported trespasser The shooting occurred shortly before noon Tuesday at the Capital One branch on Arliss Street. STUBHUB CYBER THEFT: A law enforcement official and online marketplace StubHub say cyber thieves got into more than 1,000 customers' accounts and fraudulently bought tickets for events.

The official tells The Associated Press that arrests are expected in a case that sprawls across international borders.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is expected to hold a news conference Wednesday with English and Canadian officials.

Dutch officials say the bodies of at least 200 of the 298 killed were brought to Kharkiv, Ukraine yesterday in refrigerated railroad cars.

U.S. officials say Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was probably shot down by a missile when it crashed in rebel-held territory in eastern Ukraine last week.
A former corrections officer at a Hagerstown prison has been sentenced to five years in prison in the beating of an inmate. A federal jury convicted James Kalbflesh in February of conspiring with other officers to violate the civil rights of Kenneth Davis at Roxbury in 2008. http://abcn.ws/1pccJMp

VIRGINIA PSYCHIATRIC-BED REGISTRY ISSUES: A four-month-old psychiatric-bed registry that is supposed to provide up-to-the-minute information for Virginians who need emergency mental health treatment is being updated as seldom as once a day, state officials told a panel of lawmakers this week.
