London on contracting, character, and lessons learned from Abu Ghraib

CACI's Jack London realized the American dream. He was born the son of a retail shop owner in Oklahoma City, joined the U.S. Navy, and left active service for a small tech company in Washington D.C. Today, that company is worth nearly $4 billion. London says character has a lot to do with it.

In fact, that's the title of his latest book, Character: The Ultimate Success Factor.* He discussed some of the highlights with Government Matters.
